Modern exterior facade cladding is a contemporary facade treatment that dresses the outer surface of a building with clean, geometric lines. Elements such as window surrounds, sills, string courses and panels define the window frames and facade surfaces. The polyurethane used on facades is lightweight and waterproof, applied with mounting adhesive and dowels; it withstands freeze-thaw cycles, does not crack and can be painted with exterior facade paint.
