Offering a well-proportioned profile with base dimensions of 337x337 mm and a height of 607 mm, this product creates an aesthetic, load-bearing visual support, particularly in entranceways, hallways, and facade designs. It eliminates the heavy weight and labor-intensive drawbacks of traditional stone and concrete, bringing practicality to your projects.

The product is manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane raw material with a density of 150-200 kg/m³. While offering a hardness close to wood, its lightweight structure ensures easy installation. Thanks to its closed-cell structure, the water absorption rate is below 1%, completely preventing rotting, swelling, or deformation in humid environments, rainy exteriors, or wet floors. With dimensional stability unaffected by temperature fluctuations between -20°C and +80°C, it resists cracking and shrinking. Additionally, it features self-extinguishing flame-retardant properties, ceasing to burn once the flame source is removed.

Reflecting the characteristic traces of neoclassical architecture in its visual design, the product features a rich relief texture with vertical fluting on the shaft and layered transitions at the base. Its smooth surface quality enhances the play of light and shadow, creating a strong three-dimensional effect on any surface. The factory-applied primer coat prepares the surface for the final finish. Water-based or synthetic paints can be easily applied to perfectly match the color scheme of the space.

Boasting a wide range of applications, this pilaster model can be used to define pathways in hotel lobbies, accentuate doorways at villa entrances, or serve as column cladding in restaurants. On exterior facades, it can be integrated with floor cornices to achieve a cohesive building design. Indoors, it can be combined with wall panels in spacious living rooms to create a classic library or fireplace surround. It is also suitable for semi-outdoor spaces like gardens and terraces, functioning as a planter stand or statue pedestal.

During installation, its non-brittle nature compared to plaster or marble alternatives is a major advantage. It should be fixed to a clean, dry surface using Polure Polfix adhesive. For a secure installation, mechanical fastening with screws is mandatory. Once joints and screw holes are filled with putty and lightly sanded, the surface is ready for the topcoat. For outdoor applications, choosing UV-resistant paints is essential to protect against the degrading effects of sunlight. Although the factory primer prepares the surface, applying an additional primer is an optional choice for the customer, as required by paint manufacturers' warranty terms.
