This two-story villa project combines the serenity of pastel tones with the magnificent details of neoclassical architecture. The sand beige textured surface on the facade reflects sunlight softly, while window jambs and vertical decorative elements add a characteristic depth to the building. The modern contrast provided by anthracite window frames and roofing systems allows the classic Polure polyurethane decorations to become more prominent. Large window openings and high ceiling structures integrate with the balanced distribution of ornaments on the horizontal and vertical axes, revealing a prestigious architectural identity.
Crowned jamb models (P1462, P1456, P1458) used around the windows carry the aesthetic language of classical architecture to the exterior. Massive fluted columns (P2839) at the corners and gold-leafed Corinthian capitals (P5040A, P5040B) crowning these columns support the monumental stance of the building. The most striking point of the facade is the vertical floral relief panel, produced with Polure's high-precision precast casting technology, leaving an artistic signature on the right wing. Decorative corbels (P8110, P8110A) and floor moldings used under the eaves transform the shading effect of the roof into an aesthetic rhythm.
High-density polyurethane elements manufactured by Polure offer a fast and error-free assembly process on-site thanks to the precast production technique. Decorative panels and jamb profiles produced with CNC-supported molding methods do not put extra load on the building, unlike traditional plaster or stone craftsmanship. These products, which show full resistance to water and moisture, minimize the risk of expansion and cracking on the exterior. The gold-colored details are colored with special acrylic paints suitable for outdoor conditions and are designed to maintain their first-day brightness for years without fading.
In such large-surface villa facades, the vertical use of decorative panels makes the building look taller and more magnificent than it is. If you are aiming for a similar design, you can create a focal point by keeping the window crowns simpler and choosing metallic highlights such as gold or bronze for the column capitals. By ensuring a unity of style between the wide pediments (P6009) used over the entrance door and the motifs above the windows, you can achieve visual continuity across all facades. Polure's lightweight building materials are ideal for giving old buildings a new face in renovation projects without requiring heavy structural modifications.
The color strategy on the facade creates a luxury focal point with gold-leafed column capitals on a monochrome background. The vertical floral relief establishes a visual hierarchy by dividing the wide empty wall surface. The scale of the crowns (P1462) used in the upper parts of the windows was chosen in proportion to the floor height, ensuring the maintenance of neoclassical balance. The texture contrast between the grainy plaster and smooth polyurethane on the surface gives the facade an architectural rhythm.
