The P6034 decorative corbel bracket is designed to bring an elegant, load-bearing aesthetic to traditional architectural facades and interior partitions. Frequently used under roof eaves, balcony overhangs, or above-door pediments, this element adds a distinguished character to your projects. Thanks to its rigid polyurethane structure, it is both lightweight and highly impact-resistant.
Measuring 35.7 cm in width, 30.0 cm in depth, and 57.0 cm in height, this product features a substantial and prominent profile. These dimensions ensure a balanced look without scaling issues in wide spans, grand villa facades, or high-ceilinged interiors. With a density of 150-200 kg/m³, this polyurethane bracket offers a surface as hard as wood while avoiding any unnecessary static load on your building.
The visual design stands out with classic acanthus leaves spiraling upward from the base and elegant side volutes. The stepped top plate and crown detail allow it to blend seamlessly with the mounting surface. Thanks to our high-precision molding, the carved channels, leaf veins, and circular forms boast exceptionally sharp and smooth details.
With its high moisture resistance and closed-cell structure, this waterproof product retains its shape for years on exterior facades without rotting or cracking. For outdoor applications, coating with UV-resistant paint is mandatory to protect the material from sunlight. While the factory-applied primer prepares the surface for painting, applying an additional primer coat is optional depending on paint brand warranties; the final choice is up to the user.
During installation, Polure Polfix adhesive should be applied to a clean, dry surface, followed by mechanical fastening with screws. Unlike heavy plaster casts, it carries no risk of breakage, and unlike wood, it does not rot or attract insects when exposed to moisture, minimizing long-term maintenance costs.
- The P6034 corbel model is widely used as a non-functional decorative support element for both interiors and exterior facades
- In exterior designs, it is preferred under roof eaves, at the load-bearing beam joints of wide balconies, and as left and right support points for window and door pediments
- Indoors, it can be positioned as a side column support on classic fireplace surrounds, at the wall joints of ceiling beams, or as an elegant bracket under decorative wall shelves
- It can also be used under door arches in hotel lobbies, restaurant entrances, or classically decorated spacious living rooms to enhance the sense of depth
- The installation surface must be completely free of dust and moisture
- Apply Polure Polfix polyurethane adhesive in strips to the back of the corbel
- Once the product is positioned on the wall, mechanical fastening with screws is mandatory for a secure and permanent hold
- Screw holes and joints should be filled with exterior-grade putty, and once dry, sanded smooth with 180-220 grit sandpaper
- Following an optional primer coat based on the paint manufacturer's recommendation, the process is completed by applying at least two coats of UV-resistant paint for outdoors, or water-based or synthetic paint for indoors
- Once painted, the product is extremely easy to clean
- Dust can be removed periodically using a damp cloth
- Avoid using abrasive acids, harsh chemicals, or corrosive substances like hydrochloric acid during cleaning
- For exterior applications, it is recommended to inspect the painted surface every few years and touch it up locally if necessary to extend the lifespan of the paint
