The facade of Xanthos Restaurant, bathed in the soft tones of daylight, blends the elegance of neoclassical architecture with the lightweight technology of polyurethane. Dominated by cream and ivory tones, the exterior features gold leaf accents that create a jewel-like architectural effect. In the evening, strategically placed outdoor sconces enhance the depth of the polyurethane ornaments, giving the building a sophisticated nocturnal identity. The balance between large glass surfaces and classic decorative panels meets modern business needs while offering traditional prestige.
The polyurethane product palette is organized to create a distinct hierarchy on every floor. Fluted full columns (P8110) and twisted capitals (P82210) at the entrance level add stability and authority to the building's foundation. Window pediments (P1465, P1462) and side jamb profiles (P1459, P1470) add a characteristic rhythm to the facade. Large patterned decorative panels on the ground floor stand out as keystones showcasing the detail precision of polyurethane. Parapet railings (P2839, P28120) used on the roofline create a continuous aesthetic line where the structure meets the sky.
All applied elements are manufactured using high-density polyurethane precast techniques. Unlike heavy materials such as plaster or marble, this production method achieves a monumental appearance without increasing the building's static load. Fine details processed with CNC technology offer symmetrical perfection by eliminating errors possible in manual labor. These water-repellent products show high resistance to corrosion effects like humidity and sea salt, minimizing maintenance costs in commercial buildings.
Such magnificent exterior designs are an investment that strengthens the corporate image, especially for wedding halls, hotels, and boutique restaurants. To enrich the design, polyurethane flower pots can be added under the windows, or entrance areas can be made more dramatic with large decorative polyurethane statues (P5840C, P5240). Thanks to Polure's paintable surface technology, the gold details used in the current design can also be revised with different metallic colors.
The distribution of vertical and horizontal axes makes the building appear taller and more grand. Gold leaf decorations create focal points on the ivory background, managing visual hierarchy. Lighting strengthens the perception of depth by emphasizing the chiaroscuro effect created by polyurethane profiles. Twisted column forms create a more dynamic architectural language compared to standard columns. Material choice ensures the preservation of aesthetic form despite harsh outdoor conditions.
