Wedding Hall Exterior Facade
A wedding hall facade is about giving a wide, tall volume an architectural character that is recognisable from a distance. At this scale, rows of columns, entrance arches, crowns and uninterrupted cornice lines are preferred; using polyurethane instead of stone or reinforced concrete detailing markedly reduces facade weight and installation time. At 150-220 kg/m³ (production target ~160 kg/m³) density the elements can be carried on scaffolding by a single craftsman and fixed the same day with adhesive and screws.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which column diameter suits a wedding hall facade?
Floor height and facade width decide it; on wide hall elevations diameters of 40 cm and above usually look proportionate. If an existing pier is to be clad, its widest point is measured and the inner diameter of the column must exceed that figure.
Can facade elements be combined with night lighting?
Yes. The layout can leave a cavity behind cornices and profiles for a concealed light strip. When selecting fittings, bodies carrying heat above 80 °C must not touch the product surface.
Are they durable on windy, open sites?
Yes. The material is 150-220 kg/m³ (production target ~160 kg/m³) dense and is not punctured by hail impact the way EPS is. On exposed sites, mechanical fixing with screws and cross-screwing at the joints is particularly important.
Can a venue logo or custom motif be produced?
Yes. An existing motif can be digitised by 3D scanning and produced to scale by CNC or moulding. 3D design and on-site surveys are chargeable services.
How is the price determined?
It is calculated from the facade dimensions (linear metres or m²), the chosen model and quantity. The price covers the product only; shipping and installation are separate items and goods are ex-works.
