This grand exterior facade project, realized in Kahramanmaraş, blends the elegance of classical architecture with modern polyurethane technology. Rising under the soft daylight, the structure showcases a clean look with its monochromatic white tone, allowing the decorative facade details to create dynamic shadow plays as the sun moves. Built on a spacious terrace area, the main structure carries the identity of a prestigious event venue with its symmetrical window alignments and monumental entrance door.
The polyurethane products used in this application were selected in perfect proportion to the scale of the building. High p28120 pilaster columns defining the vertical lines of the facade make the building appear taller, while the p1460 and p1461 series window casing models create a deep frame around the windows. The p1461D530VI keystone detail supporting the large arch form at the entrance, and pediment models like p5240 and p5540 decorating the facade, complete the structure's palace-inspired character. Patterned panels such as P99143 and p2839 transform blank wall surfaces into artistic masterpieces.
The polyurethane precast technique applied in this project accelerated on-site installation with high precision by casting complex motifs and massive column capitals in high-density factory molds. Unlike traditional plaster or stonework, these lightweight products can be installed without damaging the building's external insulation layer. Fully resistant to water and moisture, the PU material provides a long-lasting protective shield against regional weather conditions while completely eliminating chronic exterior issues like cracking and peeling.
For commercial venues and wedding halls, we recommend enriching wide-span arch structures with borders like p5220 and p5820, as seen in this project. When planning facade lighting, wallwasher-type light sources placed between columns will highlight all the details of voluminous decorative elements like p6045 and p80111 at night. Alternatively, using richer p5040A and p5040B ornaments above the windows can further enhance the neoclassical effect.
Design Details
The vertical pilasters used in the structure balance the perception of horizontal width, creating a visual soaring effect. Repeating arched forms (such as p1459) on the windows provides a rhythmic unity to the facade. The choice of pure white highlights the detailed precision of polyurethane while increasing the contrast between the ground and the building. The precast nature of the material allowed even large-scale ornaments to be applied with millimetric symmetry, delivering a professional finish.
