The villa facade displayed exhibits an aristocratic stance, combining the play of daylight on clean white surfaces with gold-leafed details. The dominant white background reflects sunlight to expand the building's perceived volume, while strategically placed gold carvings add depth and prestige to the exterior. Circular windows, harmonious with the mansard roof structure, balance the vertical rise of the building with an aesthetic curve. Large terrace areas and the dark tone of wrought iron railings create a strong contrast with light-colored polyurethane decorations, capturing a visual rhythm.
At the center of the facade aesthetics are fluted giant columns (P5260, P5240) dominating the vertical lines, crowned by magnificent Corinthian style column capitals (P5860, P5840B). Large decorative panels (P1462, P1457) and gold-gilded borders (P6045, P6041) used between floors emphasize the layered structure of the building while ensuring horizontal continuity. The P5560 model preferred for window jambs offers a frame compatible with other ornaments, while the bases (P5960B, P5940B) on the ground floor support the architectural character that stands firmly on the ground. Elegant handrails and balustrade elements (PB7216, PBK28) on the balconies present safety in an artistic form.
All decorative elements used in this project are manufactured with high-density precast polyurethane technology. The precast production technique ensures sharp and smooth details that cannot be achieved with traditional plaster or stonework. Thanks to special molds prepared with CNC technology, each column capital and panel has been applied to the facade with flawless symmetry. These products, which do not put additional load on the building statics due to their lightweight structure, offer quick application during the assembly phase, optimizing labor costs while promising long-lasting use.
For users who want to achieve a similar neoclassical look, alternatives like anthracite and silver or cream and bronze can be evaluated instead of the white and gold combination. Column diameters (P82210) should be correctly proportioned according to the facade height, and in very wide facades, thicker molding models should be preferred to increase visual fullness. Since polyurethane elements are fully resistant to water and moisture, these designs provide the most reliable aesthetic solution for seaside villas or regions receiving heavy rainfall.
The vertical fluted columns in the structure create a monumental scale by optically increasing the ceiling height. The use of gold gilding is not just a decorative element but a strategic accent tool that creates variable shadows on the facade according to the sun's angle. The material contrast between the matte texture of the white polyurethane surfaces and the brightness of the gold leaves elevates the perception of luxury to a refined level. The circular movements on the balconies soften the rigid right-angled geometry of the facade, providing a flow that does not tire the eye.
