The outdoor application shown in the image is a magnificent gazebo project that combines the grandeur of classical architecture with the modern advantages of polyurethane. The soft distribution of daylight on white surfaces highlights the shimmer of gold leaf details, emphasizing the spacious and noble character of the space. The wide eaves structure and stepped ceiling system used in the design provide a sheltered seating area in the open air, while the high ceiling structure gives the space a palace architecture feel.
The large-scale fluted polyurethane columns (P1456) forming the supporting aesthetics of the building combine with Corinthian-type capitals (P1456D230VI) to display a vertical grandeur. The triple arch system on the back wall is enriched with special radius jambs (P8088 series) and decorative wall lamps (P85008). The coffered system (P5040 and P5840 series) used in the ceiling section provides a geometric order by increasing the perception of depth. Each ornamental element (P7308, P2833) used in this project shows superior resistance to outdoor conditions thanks to its high-density structure.
Advanced techniques of Polure were used in the production process. Thanks to the precast polyurethane casting technique, details with sharpness and smooth surfaces that are impossible to obtain with gypsum were achieved. CNC special cutting technology (ozelcnc) ensured millimetric harmony in ceiling and arch transitions, while also significantly accelerating the assembly process. The lightness of the polyurethane material allows this massive structure to stand safely without putting additional load on the building.
If you want to apply such a design in your own garden or villa entrance, you can increase the contrast of white polyurethane products by choosing dark colored stones for the ground covering. In the lighting plan, you can use 'up-lighting' fixtures hitting upwards from the column bases to ensure that the architectural details look fascinating with shadow-light games even during night hours.
Design Details
The fluted columns used in the design provide an upward flow rather than a feeling of static weight. The symmetrical repetition of arch forms creates a neo-classical balance while directing the focal point to the central ornament. Gold leaf finishes reinforce the perception of luxury by breaking the sterile appearance of white polyurethane. Stepped transitions in ceiling coffers are a perspective game that allows the ceiling to be perceived higher than it is, even in narrow spaces.
