In this project realized in Kahramanmaraş, the monumental texture of classical architecture blends with the lightweight nature of polyurethane technology to create a palace-like event venue. The venue features a monochromatic ecru color palette that clearly defines its form even under overcast skies. A massive pointed arch framing the main entrance and its symmetrical layout create a grand portal effect that welcomes visitors. The vertical movement of daylight across the facade offers a rich play of shadows, adding depth and volume to the building thanks to the deep reliefs of the polyurethane elements.
The vertical column systems (P28120) used in the application, complemented by detailed column capitals (P99143, P99143A), reinforce the building's vertical axis and visually elevate the ceiling height. Inside the arch, decorative panels and crown moldings (P1460, P1461, P1461D530VI) highlight the entrance's focal point. Exterior cornices (P5240, P5540) and decorative borders (P5840B, P5940B) on the walls break the monotony by dividing the expansive facade into aesthetic sections. Additionally, the window casings (P1459, P1460) and decorative corbels (P2839) showcase rich craftsmanship throughout the structure.
The polyurethane precast production technique chosen for the project allowed large-scale decorative elements to be cast with high precision in the factory and quickly assembled on-site. Since high-density polyurethane material (P5230, P5830, P5530 series) is much lighter than traditional precast materials, it reduces the building's dead load while offering superior resistance to external factors like humidity and sunlight. Thanks to custom CNC cuts (P6045, P80111), complex motifs and sharp lines, which are difficult to achieve with traditional methods, were flawlessly executed.
For such large-scale commercial projects, we recommend combining different textures (smooth, fluted, embossed) over a single color on the exterior. Compatible profile groups in the Polure collection, such as P5040, P5040A, and P5040B, help establish a hierarchical order on the facade. Metallic touches, like gold leaf signage details added above the entrance door, create a perfect contrast with the matte elegance of polyurethane, reinforcing the venue's luxurious appeal.
Design Details
In the image, the balance of vertical and horizontal lines scales the building's monumental proportions down to a human perspective. The concave form of the arched entrance adds depth to the facade, creating an inviting atmosphere. The texture of the material features reliefs prominent enough to prevent details from being lost even under soft lighting conditions. The gold typography creates a single focal point against the neutral background, completing the visual hierarchy. Symmetrical design, an indispensable element of classical architecture, reinforces a sense of trust and prestige here.
