This villa design features an atmosphere where the purity of white meets the grandeur of neoclassical architecture, allowing sunlight to dance with the facade details. Large windows and high ceilings support the monumental stance of the building, while the garden landscaping and poolside layout blend modern comfort with classical lines. The clean white tone of the facade highlights the subtle interplay of shadows created by the Polure polyurethane decorations, adding depth and character to the structure.
The main character of the space is defined by massive fluted columns with Ionic capitals (+P3000+), supporting a circular balcony to create a majestic entrance and viewing area. Elegant window trim models (+P1460M10+, +P1470+) used around the windows, combined with pediment and windowsill details (+P1456+, +P1464+), transform each window into a framed work of art. Floor moldings (+P5260I+, +P5860+, +P5960B+) establish visual balance through horizontal partitioning, while roofline balustrades (+PB4014+) and decorative corbels (+P9950+) showcase high-quality craftsmanship.
All products used in this project are manufactured using high-density polyurethane precast (+poliuretanprekast+) techniques. This production method allows for the casting of complex architectural details with millimetric precision and enables rapid on-site installation. While the lightweight nature of polyurethane adds no extra load to the building, its hardened formula completely eliminates the risk of cracking or peeling on the exterior. Since the products are factory-primed, they harmonize perfectly with any desired exterior paint.
For users looking to achieve a similar exterior aesthetic, layered window trim models should be preferred for wide-span windows. If the villa includes a circular architectural element, the diameter and capital type of the columns used must be chosen in proportion to the scale of the building. Polure's wide product range offers the opportunity to prepare column shafts in various diameters with custom CNC (+ozelcnc+) cutting advantages, providing complete design freedom tailored to the project.
The strongest design element is the rhythmic balance between vertical fluted columns and horizontal joint lines. The monochrome white palette integrates diverse decorative forms without creating chaos. Contrast levels changing with the light angle emphasize the 3D forms of the polyurethane products, while the pool's turquoise reflection enhances the perception of luxury.
