This exquisite villa project reflects the dance of pure daylight on white surfaces, merging the timeless aesthetics of classical architecture with modern engineering solutions. The dominant sense of symmetry across the facade ensures a presence that is both authoritative and inviting. During the golden hour, the soft light accentuates the deep textures of the polyurethane ornaments, creating a sharp and aesthetic contrast between the pristine white texture of the building and the surrounding garden landscape.
In the application, Ion-style capitals (P5960B) and fluted shafts (P5860) were chosen for the massive column groups that define the building's main character. The pediment models (P1460, P1465) used on the windows and the supports under the windowsills (P9950) grant the facade a characteristic identity. Floor moldings (PB4014) emphasize the horizontal lines of the building, while the balustrade details (P3000) on the roof section complete the boundary between the structure and the sky with an elegant line. Each piece has been meticulously placed to support the monumental scale of the residence.
The polyurethane precast production technique used in this project eliminates the heavy loads associated with traditional reinforced concrete or marble craftsmanship. Thanks to its high-density structure, these products show superior resistance to external weather conditions. Since they are prepared in special molds at the factory, they provide high precision during the assembly process. Their lightweight nature adds no additional load to the building's static structure, and the smooth surface finish ensures perfect harmony with all types of water-based exterior paints.
If you are planning a similar villa design, you should opt for large-scale jamb sets (P1459, P1456) for wide windows and high ceilings. You can ensure continuity in design by supporting the pediment (P1460M10) detail used in the entrance section with ceiling medallions in the interior. For a classic look, antique white or off-white tones will make the details of the polyurethane products much more prominent, adding depth to your living space.
The ratio between the height of the vertical columns and the horizontal floor moldings offers a balance close to the principles of the golden ratio. The choice of pure white allows shadows to be clearly defined on the forms, increasing the readability of architectural details. The triangular pediment used in the entrance portico refers to classical temple architecture, drawing the focal point to the main entrance. Polyurethane as a material choice has yielded clearer results in preserving sharp lines and fine ornaments compared to traditional methods.
