Over-door Embellishment

An over-door embellishment is a decorative polyurethane ornament placed above a door. It is used indoors to visually highlight the doorway and ornament the wall. The polyurethane is lightweight and applies directly with construction adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack or swell, and can be painted. Compared with plaster it is resistant to breakage and can be installed by one person. Because the pieces are mould-cast, the embellishment detail repeats identically on every unit.
