Designing a monumental entrance in large-scale, high-ceilinged interiors is a key step in architectural hierarchy. In this project, the symmetrical and grand structure of classical architecture is brought to life on wall surfaces using Polure polyurethane architectural elements. The beige wall panels contrast beautifully with the reflective surface of wide marble floors, adding depth and drawing the focal point directly to the entrance door. Thanks to the lightweight and workable nature of polyurethane, a flawless finish is achieved without the structural load and time-consuming labor of traditional plasterwork.
The vertical supporting elements of the design feature the P5020 and P5030 series pilaster columns, combined with matching capitals (P5020C50, P5020CP) and bases (P5020B, P5030B). With their fluted shafts, these pilasters emphasize vertical lines, optically raising the ceiling height to enhance the room's grandeur. The illusion of an arch load resting on the columns is brought to life with realistic light and shadow play, thanks to the high-density structure of the polyurethane. This repeating columnar layout along the wall establishes a rhythmic architectural language throughout the space.
Positioned above the entrance door, the P2857 and P2857S polyurethane pediments crown the lintel design, making the doorway the ultimate focal point. Encircling the door frame, the circular P1456D115VI50, P1456D160VI50, and P14D40D260VI25 round arch modules provide a soft transition to the vertical pilaster lines. The P14D40 architrave profile seamlessly integrates these circular forms with the wall surface. At the intersection of the crowns and arches, P28120 ornaments blend the intricate details of classical Baroque style with modern production quality.
Polyurethane decorative products offer significant advantages for commercial spaces, not only aesthetically but also in terms of longevity and low maintenance. In high-traffic venues like wedding halls, hotel lobbies, or convention centers, this impact-resistant, high-density polyurethane material prevents deformation. Moisture- and water-resistant, it retains its original shape without yellowing or cracking. Its easily paintable surface also allows for effortless color updates to match evolving design concepts.
- The structural relationship of classical architecture is visualized by combining P5020 and P5030 pilaster columns with matching capitals and bases.
- The P2857 pediment and P1456 curved arch series used above the entrance door establish a hierarchical order by drawing focus to the main entryway.
- P14D40 architrave profiles used on the wall panels break the monotony of large wall areas by creating visual depth on the surface.
- High-density polyurethane material provides impact resistance and durability in high-traffic venues such as wedding halls and lobbies.
- Beige tones paired with gold leaf and navy blue door details successfully reflect the balance of contrast in color theory.
- The geometric harmony between the circular ceiling motifs and the round wall arches creates a unified design language throughout the space.
