Door Arch Ornament

A door arch ornament is a decorative polyurethane detailing element applied to the arch above a door, or forming the arch shape itself. It is used to emphasise the area above the door and give the passage a classical frame. The polyurethane material is lightweight and is applied directly with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, blister or warp, and can be painted. Because it is lighter than plaster alternatives, installation above the door is easy and safe, and unlike wood it is unaffected by moisture.
