In classical architectural design, achieving three-dimensional depth on wall surfaces relies on the precise integration and proportion of structural elements. This decoration project showcases a modular wall design created by combining high-density polyurethane columns and arches. Eliminating the installation difficulties and heavy weight of traditional materials like plaster or wood, these polyurethane products offer a fast, clean, and efficient application on-site.
Positioned as vertical load-bearing elements, our polyurethane fluted column models (P5220C, P5820, P5920B) paired with matching capitals and bases (P5230I, P5830, P5930B series) visually elevate the ceiling height, lending a monumental character to the space. Thanks to their modular structure, these column components can be easily cut and adjusted to fit wall projects of various heights. The fluted details on the columns create vertical shadows, bringing movement and an architectural rhythm to flat wall surfaces.
For the arched wall niches, P1456D135VI and P1456D160VID round arch models were selected for their smooth, flexible curves. These circular elements seamlessly combine with straight casing profiles (P1456, P1470) to form symmetrical niche frames. Inside the niches, patterned wallpapers and classic wall sconces highlight the circular form of the arches, creating elegant focal points. The high-definition detail of polyurethane ensures flawless transitions at the joints between arches and casings.
