The soft play of shadows created by daylight on pure white surfaces heralds a neoclassical elegance on the exterior of this villa. The general atmosphere of the building offers a modern yet traditional character with a balanced combination of clean vertical lines and horizontal joint-filled panels. Massive columns surrounding the large veranda area strengthen the vertical form of the structure, while the light color palette ensures the space is perceived as more spacious and magnificent than it is. The contrast established by the wrought iron details on the garden walls with the white columns sets the transition between the landscape and the building into an aesthetic framework.
The polyurethane product group is the main element determining the character of this facade. Massive columns with ionic capitals (P5860, P5960B) and body structures (P5260I) rising in the entrance section support the monumental stance of the building. Elegant jamb profiles (P1460M10, P1465) and crown decorations (P1459, P1456) used around the windows add a layered depth to the facade.
