As the morning sun hits this two-story villa, the nobility of pure white merges with gold-leaf polyurethane ornaments to showcase a majestic presence. The wide eaves and architectural details surrounding the windows add depth to the facade, establishing a perfect horizontal and vertical balance. The white surfaces, contrasting with the clear blue sky, highlight the smooth texture of high-density materials. Integrated with palm trees and landscaping, this design opens the doors to a Mediterranean-inspired luxury living space.
Polyurethane jamb models used throughout the facade are enriched with crown and keystone details above the windows. Fluted polyurethane columns with Ionic capitals dominate the entrance, creating a monumental focal point on the main axis. Brackets under the windows and wide decorative wall frames, such as P1460 borders, enliven flat surfaces and break architectural monotony to give the building a unique identity. These elements ensure a cohesive aesthetic that resonates with classical grandeur while maintaining a clean, contemporary finish.
In this project, the polyurethane precast technique ensures millimetric precision in every piece by casting ornaments in high-pressure molds within a factory environment. These precast elements are 80% lighter than traditional plaster or concrete counterparts, significantly reducing the static load on the building while accelerating the installation process. Their non-water-absorbent structure provides full resistance against outdoor weather conditions, humidity, and UV rays, eliminating issues such as cracking or peeling over time.
For those seeking a similar neoclassical look, we recommend adding custom CNC-cut motifs inside the pediment above the entrance door. As an alternative to the white and gold combination, antique aging or anthracite details can be preferred for a more understated, heavy-set look. In detached house designs with large gardens, illuminating these decorative panels from the bottom up with spotlights during the evening will transform the three-dimensional form of the polyurethane into a captivating visual display at night.
Vertical fluted columns optically increase the entrance height, creating a sense of spaciousness. Gold leaf applications serve as strategic accents for light refraction, while the mathematical harmony between window proportions and jamb thickness creates a rhythmic facade. Large wall moldings act as a design trick to make the surface area appear wider and fuller, balancing modern and classical aesthetics seamlessly.
