Window Crown

A window crown is a polyurethane decorative header fitted to the top of a window to complete it from above. It is used on facade windows and around interior windows to give a classic or simple appearance. Polyurethane is lightweight and is applied directly to the wall with adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack or swell, and can be painted. It is easier to carry and install than plaster and, unlike wood, stands up to damp. Because it is moulded, the profile and detail are identical on every piece. Polure produces window crowns in options to suit different window sizes, and they pair with surrounds.
