This design, where sunlight dances with horizontal and vertical lines on the facade surface, blends the purest forms of neoclassical architecture with the elegance of white. The high-ceilinged entrance and large windows emphasize the monumental scale of the structure, while changing light angles throughout the day highlight the depth of the polyurethane ornaments. The white-dominated color palette distinguishes the building from the surrounding greenery, making it a focal point and creating a spacious outdoor atmosphere.
In the application, massive fluted columns (P1456D75VIC) and Corinthian-style capitals (P8110) that strengthen the vertical character of the building draw attention. Aesthetic arch forms used at the top of the windows bring a soft transition to the facade; jamb sets (P5260, P5860, P5960B) around the windows and complementary profiles (P5240, P5840, P5940B) on the lower floor windows ensure a symmetrical order. High-relief decorative panels (P7403) and moldings (P3040) acting as floor separations add artistic movement to flat surfaces.
All products used are manufactured with 'polyurethane precast' technology, offering fast and error-free installation on-site thanks to pre-cast molds. Unlike traditional plaster or stone precast, high-density PU raw material does not crack and shows full resistance to water. The precise craftsmanship applied to the curved lines of the arched windows proves the flexibility and detail sensitivity of the material. Thanks to its lightweight structure, a palace aesthetic has been achieved without affecting the static load of the building.
For such magnificent exterior designs, it is possible to enrich the composition with decorative planter bases and wide crown models. If a more dynamic look is desired, night architecture can be strengthened by placing hidden LED lighting in the flat panel areas used between the columns. In addition to classic villas, this column and arch combination is an ideal choice for creating a prestigious welcoming area in boutique hotel or luxury restaurant entrances.
The use of vertical fluted columns makes the structure appear taller and more majestic. Curved forms in window arches create a visual balance by breaking sharp horizontal molding lines. The white monochrome color choice clarifies the shadow plays created by the material, making textural details prominent. The use of symmetry reinforces the sense of trust and continuity brought by classical architecture. The smoothness of material transitions reflects the success of precast production quality in assembly.
