Kemerburgaz Forest Carousel Design with Classical Architecture

This enchanting carousel project located in Kemerburgaz Kent Ormanı is a prestigious example of bringing the elegance of classical architecture to outdoor entertainment areas. The atmosphere of the venue exhibits both a nostalgic and noble stance, thanks to a color palette dominated by white and gold combined with the soft tones of daylight. The circular structure, positioned on a wide stone floor, has been transformed into a visual focal point by creating a contrast with the surrounding natural landscape. Every architectural element used in the design strengthens the monumental effect of the structure while making visitors feel as if they are in a fairy tale.

The polyurethane product group used in the application was selected from flexible and modular pieces that perfectly adapt to the circular form of the structure. The columns (P5520) rising on the main load-bearing body reflect ancient Roman aesthetics by combining with detailed decorations on the capital sections (P80111, P8088B). The pediments featuring the 'Kemerburgaz Kent Ormanı' inscription in the upper section are surrounded by specially designed panels (P8049S) and crown ornaments (P80231L, P80231R). The pedestals carrying the rearing horse statues at the entrance were enriched with wall moldings (P5030A) and corner ornaments (P37513), creating a deep visual hierarchy.

Polure's high-density precast production technique played a critical role in this project. Unlike traditional plaster or wood, polyurethane material does not experience paint cracking or deformation against humidity, sunlight, and variable temperature conditions of the outdoors. CNC-supported special cutting techniques used especially in circular ceiling details and curved pediments ensured that joints are invisible and pattern continuity is preserved. Thanks to its lightweight structure, the installation process was completed surprisingly quickly and safely for a structure of this scale.

If a similar design setup is considered for such thematic structures or luxury villa entrances, polyurethane column and jamb combinations must be supported with wide eave moldings (P85401). Strategic placement of lighting elements (P80115S) should be directed towards the gold-leafed sections to emphasize the details of the structure in the evening. For a more modern touch, anthracite details on a white background can be preferred; however, if a classical effect like the one in this image is aimed for, 200-density PU products will offer a long-lasting and prestigious solution.
