Architectural Facade Ornamentation

Architectural facade ornamentation is the general name for the polyurethane decorative elements used on a building's exterior to frame windows, doors and eaves. With pieces such as surrounds, cornices, sills and reliefs, it gives the facade architectural character. The polyurethane material is lightweight and applied with assembly adhesive and wall plugs; outdoors it resists moisture, sunlight and impact, does not crack, swell or warp and can be painted. Compared with stone or plaster it is far lighter and quick to install. Because it is moulded, the ornamentation details repeat identically on every piece. Polure produces architectural facade ornamentation elements in different models and sizes.
