The magnificent carousel structure implemented within the Kemerburgaz Kent Ormanı project represents the pinnacle of polyurethane material in outdoor aesthetics. In this design, where the purity of white meets gold-leaf effect decorations, the angle of sunlight accentuates the depth and 3D effect of the motifs. The radial beams on the ceiling and the central point where these beams meet carry the tradition of under-dome decoration in classical architecture to the outdoors with a modern and durable technique. The integration of lighting elements with gold-colored profiles ensures the structure maintains its visual feast during evening hours.
The product range used in the application consists of special selections that support the grandeur of the space. Gold-leaf decorative panels (+P8049S+, +P8046S+) on wide eaves pediments and motiffed pieces at the ceiling center (+P8088B+, +P8088C+, +P8088D+, +P8088E+) perfectly display intricate patterns thanks to their high-density structure. Fluted columns (+P80111+, +P80115S+) that support the structure and establish visual vertical balance reflect the nobility of ancient Greek architecture by integrating with lower and upper capital sets (+P80231L+, +P80231R+). Each piece was installed without putting additional load on the structure, thanks to the lightness advantage of polyurethane.
The production techniques preferred in this project are based on the high-strength precast polyurethane casting method. These parts, produced with special molds in a factory environment, are much more resistant to harsh weather conditions such as rain, snow, and UV rays encountered on the exterior compared to traditional plaster or wood materials. Especially thanks to the molds prepared with CNC precision, the signs featuring the 'Kemerburgaz Kent Ormanı' text and the surrounding floral motifs have been transferred to the surface with millimetric clarity. Its closed-cell structure, which does not absorb water, provides long-lasting use by preventing the material from swelling or cracking.
For outdoor entertainment areas, hotel entrances, or luxury villa gardens, such an application is the key to creating a prestigious welcoming area. For designers wishing to achieve a similar atmosphere, it is recommended to optically increase the ceiling height with magnificent crown modules to be placed on large-diameter fluted columns (P80111). Personalized exterior scenarios can be constructed using different Corinthian capital options or acanthus leaf consoles in the Polure product catalog. The paintability of the material allows it to be easily adapted to different concepts by choosing aged bronze or pastel tones instead of gold leaf.
The vertical rhythm of the fluted columns used in the structure creates an eye-pleasing order by balancing the complexity of the circular ceiling form. The gold and white contrast strengthens the perception of classic luxury, while the typography area on the wide eaves has made functional information a part of architectural decoration. The radial ceiling layout highlights the focal point by transforming the sense of centrifugal force into architectural depth. The surface quality of the material provides an aesthetic transition between matte and glossy areas by softening light reflections.
