Exterior Facade Crown

An exterior facade crown is a profiled polyurethane cornice element used at the top of a wall on a building facade, along the junction line between the wall and the roof or eaves. It forms a horizontal line to mark the upper boundary of the facade and to direct rainwater away from the wall surface. The polyurethane crown is lightweight and applied with construction adhesive and, where needed, dowels; it resists moisture, rain and temperature changes, does not crack or blister, and can be painted with exterior facade paint. Because it weighs less than plaster or stone, it adds no extra load to the facade and installs faster. As it is mould-cast, the profile details repeat identically along its length. Polure produces the exterior facade crown in a range of profiles and sizes.
