Neoclassical Villa Exterior Polyurethane Window Jamb Details

On this villa facade where sunlight reflects with a soft touch, a balanced union of modern minimalism and classical ornamentation is observed. The sand beige exterior texture, combined with vertical window openings, makes the building appear taller and more noble than it is. The sharpness of the corner lines and the smooth surface finish are results of high-quality craftsmanship and correct material selection. The wide eaves profiles and floor moldings used on the facade establish horizontal and vertical balance while creating functional depth that helps divert rainwater away from the surface.

In the application, P1462 and P1465 coded jamb models were preferred as the main profiles surrounding the windows. These profiles break the flatness of the facade by giving characteristic depth to the window. The P1454 sub-sill profile used at the bottom of the window mimics the aesthetic stance of marble sills in classical architecture while offering the lightness advantage of polyurethane. The P9001 keystone motif at the top of the window makes an elegant antique reference to the modern atmosphere of the facade. P5030 borders used in horizontal sections and P5030F flexible borders, which adapt to curved areas, clearly separate the floor transitions.

All products used in this project were produced in high-density molds using the polyurethane precast technique. Thanks to this technique, maximum resistance is provided against harsh outdoor conditions (humidity, frost, extreme temperatures) while preserving the sharpness of the fine details. These precast elements, prepared in CNC-controlled molds, show millimetric compatibility during the assembly phase, minimizing workmanship errors. The flawless 45-degree joints at the corners of the windows were made possible by the easy-to-process and cuttable nature of polyurethane.

For similar modern-classical transition villas, anthracite or smoked joinery is recommended to create contrast in these types of vertical windows. In a simple facade design like the one in the image, you can increase architectural depth by painting the window jambs one shade lighter or darker than the wall color. If a more magnificent entrance is desired, the neoclassical effect can be strengthened by adding half columns (pilasters) to the sides of the windows. Polure exterior elements can be easily integrated into any architectural color palette thanks to their paintable surfaces.
