Grand Entrance: Classic Villa Entry with Ionic Column Capitals

In this design, the entrance area—a symbol of residential prestige—is reimagined with the timeless aesthetics of classical architecture. The atmosphere is built on a dramatic contrast between the deep blue of the twilight sky and the structure's crisp white texture. Configured as a grand foyer, this entrance offers a sheltered space with its high-ceilinged eaves and massive supporting columns, creating an impressive transition point for guests. The dark flooring serves as a solid pedestal for the white polyurethane elements, clarifying the architectural composition.

The focal point features massive fluted columns crafted from high-density polyurethane (PU). Topped with Ionic capitals, these columns support an intricately carved polyurethane frieze and cornice system. Custom-patterned panels and dentil details under the eaves combine the aesthetics of traditional plasterwork with the lightweight and durable advantages of polyurethane. Gold leaf touches applied over the white base enhance the depth of the ornaments and emphasize the architectural rhythm.

The precast technique used in production allowed these large-scale and complex parts to be joined with millimetric precision. Factory-molded polyurethane panels and column shafts enable fast and clean installation on-site. Creating a palace-like appearance without adding significant static load, this system is much lighter than traditional stone or marble. Furthermore, the material's zero water absorption eliminates the risk of swelling or peeling in outdoor conditions.

For similar projects, we recommend keeping column spacing proportional to the door width in wide-span entrances. If a white and gold combination is preferred, contrast can be increased by using dark green foliage and anthracite outdoor lighting. For a modern interpretation, the gold details can be omitted in favor of a monochrome look with matte lacquer paint. Wrought iron or solid wood textures on the entrance door itself are essential elements that complete the grandeur of the Polure portal.
