Classic Column Capital

A classic column capital is a polyurethane capital element that rests on top of the classic column shaft and is decorated according to the classical orders. With forms specific to the Doric, Ionic or Corinthian orders, it is used to form and decorate the upper transition of the column. The polyurethane material is lightweight and applied directly with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, swell or warp, and can be painted. Being much lighter than a stone or plaster capital, it is easy to install at height. Because each piece is mould-cast, the leaf and scroll details repeat identically across every unit.
