The fluted polyurethane column shaft (P5230I), the protagonist of the application, is completed with a classic Ionic column capital (P5830) to offer an antique aesthetic. The most striking detail of the design is the LED lighting system placed inside the column shaft, achieved through a special cutting technique. The (P5930B) model used as the column base solidifies the floor transition, while the pedestals coded (KASUT30A) and (KASUT30B), serving as decorative stands, support the hierarchy and artistic integrity of the room.
The products used in this project have high detail sensitivity thanks to high-density polyurethane (PU) raw material. Especially in the illuminated column design, the ability of the material to be processed smoothly in CNC machines (ozelcnc) allowed the creation of sharp lines that prevent light leakage. Column capitals produced with precast casting techniques eliminate the weight and fragility of traditional plasterwork, significantly accelerating the installation process.
