This villa project, where daylight accentuates every facade detail, reflects neoclassical elegance dominated by white and cream tones. The wide front facade is designed with a symmetrical arrangement, exhibiting a monumental stance through the balance of vertical and horizontal lines. Light-colored facade elements, contrasting with the blue sky, gain depth through shadows, adding a dynamic character to the building. Large terraces and balconies combine classical architecture with functional living spaces.
At the heart of the facade design, high columns and arched window jambs are brought to life with Polure's high-density product group. Corinthian-capped columns (P-1010 and similar models) extending from the ground floor to the attic define the vertical axis, enhancing grandeur. Decorative crowns and keystones matching the arched windows transform every opening into an aesthetic masterpiece. Polyurethane balustrades (P-8050) chosen for balcony railings provide security while contributing to the sculptural texture of the facade.
The polyurethane precast production technique used in this project ensures that complex motifs and massive column capitals are produced in one piece without errors. Unlike traditional plaster or stonework, these products are cast with high precision in a factory environment and applied quickly without adding extra load to the building. CNC-prepared molds ensure millimetric harmony across every centimeter of the facade, allowing the joints of precast elements to merge flawlessly.
For similar exterior projects, decorative pediments above windows and wide molding profiles (P-1230 series) separating floors can be preferred. For a more modern touch, you can achieve a 'Modern Classic' look by blending these classical forms with straight-lined modern jambs. Using upward-facing spots at the base of columns for exterior lighting will reveal the full glory of the polyurethane details at night.
Design Details
Massive columns providing vertical continuity make the building appear optically taller and more prestigious. The contrast between the circular forms on the windows and the sharp horizontal lines of the facade creates a visual rhythm. Shadow depths prove the high relief quality of the polyurethane material. While symmetry reinforces the peaceful structure of classical architecture, the curved roof form at the top floor completes the composition dynamically.
