This bedroom design, which combines the warmth of natural wood and the serenity of rural life with modern comfort, draws attention with its textural richness. The overall atmosphere of the space is built on mink and earth tones that blend the soft transitions of daylight with the shadows on the wooden surfaces. While the natural light filtering through the large windows softens the massive look in the room and creates a spacious sleeping area, the decorative elements used strengthen the rustic character of the room.
Large-scale polyurethane beam systems (the entire series from P1981A to P1981L) used in ceiling and wall transitions give the space a structural identity. These products with real log texture (+polyurethanebeams+) emphasize the ceiling height while giving the room a protected mountain chalet feel. Thanks to the detail sensitivity offered by the polyurethane material, the natural knots and crack marks of the wood are clearly felt on the surfaces. These profiles increase the perspective depth of the space by creating a perfect geometry with the vertical wooden panels at the head of the bed.
All wood-looking elements in this design are prepared with high-density precast polyurethane production technique. These modules, which are extremely light compared to traditional wood, can be mounted quickly without bringing additional load to the building. PU technology, which completely eliminates problems such as bending or insect infestation that wood is exposed to especially in humid areas, offers long-lasting and maintenance-free use. The paintable nature of the products allows aging in the desired tone according to the color palette of the space.
When designing a rustic bedroom, you can use ceiling beams not only for decorative purposes but also to hide or highlight lighting fixtures. The harmony of the beams with the massive wheeled chandelier in this image expands the volume of the room by drawing the focal point to the ceiling. To capture a similar atmosphere, you can combine natural materials such as linen curtains and wicker baskets in a way that creates a contrast with the raw texture of polyurethane logs.
The balance of vertical and horizontal lines in the space is provided by the strategic placement of polyurethane beams. The color palette is enriched with reflections of monochromatic brown tones in different textures (wicker, fabric, wood). While the light comes linearly from the windows, it diffuses to the center of the room with the giant chandelier on the ceiling, increasing the emphasis on depth. The scale of the P1981 series beams was chosen in proportion to the furniture sizes, preventing spatial clutter. The contrast between the hard wood appearance and soft textile products creates a perception of tactile comfort.
