The P8055B decorative ornament is designed to bring depth and movement to living spaces with its vertical form and classic relief details. Combining the rich aesthetics of traditional hand-carving with modern production technology, this versatile embellishment is suitable for both interior and exterior applications. It offers a perfect visual balance as a focal point in narrow spaces requiring vertical orientation or at the center of large wall panels.
Crafted from high-density (150-200 kg/m³) premium rigid polyurethane, this product delivers a highly pronounced relief effect with its dimensions of 432 mm in height, 120 mm in width, and 20 mm in depth. Although it matches the hardness of wood, its lightweight structure ensures no extra static load is added to installation surfaces, doors, or furniture. Thanks to its closed-cell structure with a water absorption rate under 1%, it is completely resistant to moisture, humidity, and rot. Furthermore, it retains its shape without expanding, shrinking, or cracking under temperature fluctuations ranging from -20°C to +80°C.
The visual design features an elegant, stylized floral crown at the top. Flowing downward from this crown, delicate ribbon lines form a symmetrical circular frame reminiscent of a teardrop and heart shape in the center. At the heart of this frame lies a tapering leaf bud motif. The acanthus leaf scrolls at the bottom and the tapering vertical extension lend the design the noble posture of classical architecture. The sharp lines in the details are deep enough to beautifully highlight the play of light and shadow after painting.
This decorative applique is highly favored for filling vertical panels in wall molding (boiserie) projects, accentuating overdoor pediments, or detailing fireplace surrounds. It also serves as an excellent alternative to hand-carved wood on furniture surfaces such as headboards and wardrobe doors. In exterior designs, it creates aesthetic focal points on window jambs, above keystones, or under eaves.
During installation, Polure Polfix adhesive is applied to the cleaned surface, and the product is mechanically secured with screws until dry. The product comes factory-primed, which enhances the adhesion of the topcoat. However, since paint manufacturers do not guarantee applications done without their own primers, applying an additional primer coat is entirely optional. For outdoor applications, painting with UV-resistant paint is mandatory to protect against sun exposure.
Highly impact-resistant compared to fragile, crumbling, and heavy materials like plaster, this decorative model stands out for its ease of installation and longevity. Thanks to its easily sandable and paintable structure, joints can be seamlessly concealed with filler, maintaining its pristine appearance for years to come.
- The P8055B vertical ornament offers elegant solutions for narrow and long surfaces

- In classic furniture designs, it is applied to sideboard doors, wardrobe surfaces, and headboards to achieve a hand-carved wood look
- It also serves as a decorative pediment accent at the top center of door frames or window casings
- For exterior decoration, it can be used as an elegant relief motif on villa entrances, beneath column capitals, or along window jambs
- It is also a highly practical and stylish solution to add character to empty wall spaces around fireplaces
- The application surface must be completely free of dust, moisture, and grease
- Apply Polure Polfix polyurethane adhesive in strips to the back of the product
- Once placed on the wall or furniture, secure the product mechanically with thin screws to prevent slipping until the adhesive dries
- Fill screw holes and joints with a flexible acrylic filler
- After the filler dries, sand with 180-220 grit sandpaper to achieve a smooth surface
- The product is factory-primed; however, an additional topcoat primer can be optionally applied to meet paint brand warranty conditions
- Finally, apply at least two coats of water-based or synthetic paint
- For outdoor applications, using UV-resistant paint is mandatory
- Since polyurethane decorative elements are fully waterproof and moisture-resistant, cleaning them is exceptionally easy
- They can be dusted periodically or wiped with a slightly damp, soft cloth
- Avoid using abrasive powder detergents, thinners, acids, or harsh chemical solvents that could damage the paint surface
- For exterior applications, inspect the painted surface every few years and repaint if necessary to extend its lifespan
- Any minor damage from impacts can easily be repaired using flexible filler and touch-up paint
