Thanks to its closed-cell structure, its water absorption rate is below 1%, completely preventing structural damage such as rotting, swelling, or insect infestation in humid environments or harsh outdoor weather conditions.

If left unpainted, the product may yellow over time due to UV exposure; therefore, coating it with a UV-resistant paint is highly recommended, especially for outdoor applications.
