The P5040I is a premium decorative pilaster capital that seamlessly blends Ionic order details—one of the most prominent symbols of classical architecture—with modern manufacturing technology. Reflecting the timeless aesthetics of Ancient Greek and Roman eras, this exquisite design is engineered to beautifully crown flat or fluted wall columns. It serves as a perfect architectural element that adds depth and volume to both interior transitions and exterior facade designs.

With dimensions of 145 mm depth, 595 mm width, and 408 mm height, the product features a highly balanced and robust profile. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-200 kg/m³), it offers the durability of hardwood while remaining remarkably lightweight. Thanks to its closed-cell structure, its water absorption rate is under 1%, ensuring it will not rot, crack, or warp due to moisture, humidity, or rain. It fully retains its structural integrity in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +80°C.

The symmetrical volute (spiral) scrolls showcase the characteristic elegance of antique columns with flawless precision. Delicate relief carvings in the center and stepped transitions at the top create a rich interplay of light and shadow. Molded under high pressure in steel dies, these crisp, sharp lines achieve a level of definition and smoothness that traditional plaster or fragile EPS (expanded polystyrene) simply cannot replicate.

Delivered with a factory-applied white primer, it can be easily painted with water-based or synthetic paints post-installation. While the factory primer prepares the surface for painting, applying an additional primer coat is entirely at the user's discretion, often depending on paint manufacturer warranty guidelines.

Because of its lightweight design, this capital does not add dead load to the building structure and is mechanically secured using Polure Polfix adhesive and screws.
