The P5014F is a premium polyurethane pilaster capital designed to crown flat wall columns with the elegant contours of classical architecture. Suitable for both interior and exterior applications, this architectural accent adds depth and character to flat surfaces. Since unpainted polyurethane can yellow under direct sunlight, using UV-resistant exterior paint is mandatory for outdoor applications.
For installation, Polure Polfix adhesive must be applied to a clean surface, followed by mechanical fastening with screws. Silicone-based adhesives are not suitable for this application. Once screw holes and joints are filled with joint compound and sanded smooth, the capital can be painted with water-based or synthetic paint in any desired color.
