This bedroom, where natural light filters through skylights to meet wooden textures, offers a peaceful sanctuary atmosphere. The high-sloped ceiling, which defines the architectural character of the space, is enriched with Polure's decorative rafter solutions, transforming the sense of emptiness into an intimate depth. The color palette dominated by earth tones combines with the traditional patterned rug on the floor and the stone-textured fireplace to create a timeless farmhouse aesthetic. Table lamps emitting soft yellow light highlight the texture of the polyurethane surfaces in the evening, creating a zone of visual comfort.
The most striking element in the design is the polyurethane beam (+polyuretankiris+) application that adds rhythm to the ceiling. The P1981 series elements used in this application (models in different cross-sections and sizes from P1981A to P1981L) complement the rustic identity of the space with their grain structures that perfectly reflect the real wood form. While the detail sensitivity offered by the polyurethane material allows for perfect craftsmanship at corner junctions; thanks to its lightweight structure, it provides an aesthetic transformation without putting an additional load on the roof carrier system.
The precast polyurethane production technique preferred in this project refers to the casting of products in high-pressure molds in a factory environment. Thanks to this technique, each beam piece is free from problems such as knot falling or dimensional instability encountered in wood. The ease of assembly offered by Polure provides a fast and clean application process, especially in attics with high ceilings and angled surfaces. Thanks to its paintable surface feature, special aging techniques suitable for the general decoration of the space can be easily applied to the beams.
When decorating your own attic, you can expand the perspective of the space by starting the beams not only at the highest point of the ceiling but from the lower levels where the wall begins. In such heavily textured ceilings, creating material contrast by using carved wooden consoles and linen-textured bedspreads in furniture selection will reinforce the perception of luxury in the room. In addition, linear lighting hidden between the beams is an ideal method to bring architectural details to the fore in night mode.

Ceiling beams emphasizing vertical lines draw the low perception created by the roof slope upwards, providing spaciousness.
