The production technique applied in this project is based on the precast polyurethane casting method. Prepared in a factory environment, these elements do not crack or warp thanks to their high-density structure. During the assembly process, by utilizing the lightweight advantage of polyurethane, they were fixed directly to the ceiling surface without the need for heavy machinery. The connection parts produced with CNC precision and specially textured surfaces have been perfectly adapted to the desired wood tone thanks to their paintable features.
