This attic bedroom, where sunlight dances through skylights onto wood-textured surfaces, offers a modern synthesis of serenity and natural aesthetics. The color palette, dominated by soft beige and earth tones, is balanced by strong ceiling lines that define the architectural character of the space. The sloped structure of the attic, far from being a disadvantage, becomes the focal point of the room through the depth provided by high-quality polyurethane elements. Natural daylight softens against light-colored wall surfaces, enhancing the spaciousness while textured textiles create a warm, inviting atmosphere.

The polyurethane beam applications forming the main structure of the ceiling were constructed using various forms of the P1981 series, including P1981A, P1981B, P1981C, P1981D, P1981E, P1981F, P1981G, P1981H, P1981I, P1981J, P1981K, and P1981L. This extensive product range allows for the creation of any structural illusion, from main load-bearing column aesthetics to fine rafter details, in the most realistic way possible. The seamless craftsmanship at the joints showcases the flexibility and ease of installation of the polyurethane material, providing visual integrity with a genuine wood grain texture.

All beams in the design are manufactured using Polure's high-density precast production technology. Molded in a factory environment, these products are significantly lighter than standard timber, allowing them to be installed without adding extra load to the roof construction. CNC-processed details ensure millimetric precision, particularly in corner joints and geometric frames around windows. Thanks to its water and moisture-resistant structure, it does not crack or warp like real wood in attics where temperature fluctuations are intense, maintaining its form for years.

When designing a similar attic project, vertical intersecting beam systems should be preferred to emphasize the highest point of the ceiling. Custom frames created around windows bring the outdoor landscape inside like a living painting. If your space lacks sufficient ceiling height, you can avoid a cramped look by choosing thinner profiles from the P1981 series and maximize brightness by painting them in light oak or raw wood tones.

The 'V' type ceiling layout used in the space increases the perception of depth by directing the gaze toward the windows. The contrast between neutral wall paint and dark wood-textured beams acts as a frame highlighting the architecture. Strategic lighting keeps the undersides of the beams in shadow, making the ceiling appear higher than it is. Using polyurethane instead of heavy timber ensures acoustic comfort while eliminating structural weight. Rounded furniture lines soften the sharp geometric lines of the ceiling, creating a balanced interior composition.
