Rustic Attic Decoration

Rustic attic decoration is a decorating approach built on rough wood and aged-surface texture in sloped-ceiling attic spaces. Exposed beams, rafters and wood-look claddings placed on the sloped ceiling give the attic a warm and traditional texture. The polyurethane beam and panel elements used in these applications are hollow and lightweight; they are mounted on sloped surfaces with a screwed support or adhesive. Polyurethane resists moisture and impact, does not rot, crack or attract insects and can be painted in wood tones; unlike real timber it is unaffected by the humidity differences in attics.
