Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane with a density of 150-220 kg/m³ (production target ~160 kg/m³), the P9001 is as durable as wood yet lightweight enough to avoid adding load to the building structure. Measuring 211 mm in width, 227 mm in depth, and 271 mm in height, it creates a prominent projection on the facade, casting dramatic shadows. Thanks to its closed-cell structure, water absorption is below one percent, completely preventing swelling, cracking, or rotting under harsh outdoor conditions like rain, snow, and frost. Unlike fragile plaster or moisture-sensitive wood, it offers long-lasting durability.

The design details feature symmetrically arranged classical acanthus leaf motifs. The elegant scrollwork at the bottom and the vertical bead-and-reel pattern in the center are rendered with smooth, sharp lines using high-definition molding techniques. A protective factory-applied primer highlights every fine detail of the motifs while preparing the surface for the final coat of paint.

Highly versatile, this decorative element serves as a perfect keystone at the apex of exterior window trims. Indoors, it is ideal as a corbel under decorative shelves, around fireplaces, or above door portals to create a load-bearing console effect. It can also be combined with wall paneling in restaurants, hotel lobbies, or classically styled living rooms to create a rich architectural composition.

During installation, ensuring a dry and clean surface is critical. Polure Polfix adhesive should be applied to the back of the product, followed by screw reinforcement for mechanical fastening; silicone adhesives must never be used. Once joints and screw holes are filled with exterior-grade putty and sanded, the painting process can begin. Although the factory primer prepares the surface, paint manufacturers often do not guarantee applications without their own primers, making an additional primer coat optional at the customer's discretion.
