Plain Cornice Moulding

Plain cornice moulding is a polyurethane border profile with a flat, simple face applied at the joint where the ceiling meets the wall. Unlike traditional plaster cornices made with wet rendering, it is a ready-made profile cast in a mould at the factory and arrives ready to install. It is used in living rooms, hallways and bedrooms to create a concealed lighting channel or to finish the ceiling-to-wall transition with a clean line. The polyurethane material is lightweight and applied directly with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack or swell, and can be painted. It installs faster than its plaster equivalent and holds up in damp areas. Polure produces plain cornice mouldings in a range of widths and profile sizes.
