The P81132 is a patterned polyurethane ceiling cornice crafted from high-density rigid polyurethane, bringing the finest examples of classical architecture into modern spaces. Creating a seamless visual transition between walls and ceilings, this profile is specifically designed to enhance the sense of depth in high-ceilinged and spacious rooms. Leaving behind the heavy weight and tedious installation of traditional plaster moldings, this product perfectly blends aesthetic elegance with technical superiority.

Technically boasting a density of 150-200 kg/m³, this rigid profile offers a durability comparable to wood while remaining exceptionally lightweight. Featuring a balanced cross-section with a 112 mm wall projection (width) and a 130 mm ceiling height, the product comes in a standard length of 2440 mm to ensure minimal joints during installation. Thanks to its water absorption rate of under 1%, it is completely unaffected by moisture, preventing swelling or rotting. Furthermore, it maintains its dimensional stability without warping in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +80°C.

As seen in the visuals, it features an incredibly rich design with deep relief carvings, acanthus leaf motifs, and corbel-like vertical embellishments. Unlike traditional plaster alternatives, its shatterproof and non-crumbling structure makes this polyurethane ceiling cornice a long-lasting investment. Since it is not soft or fragile like EPS foam materials, it preserves its sharp lines and micro-details for years to come, just like the first day.

The product is shipped from the factory pre-primed with a special white surface coating. This primer coat ensures excellent adhesion for the final topcoat. Applying an additional primer is optional and can be preferred based on the paint brand and warranty conditions; the material itself can be easily painted with water-based or synthetic paints. Polure does not warrant the paints used; paint selection and application are the sole responsibility of the customer.

During installation, the profiles should be miter-cut at a 45-degree angle and placed on a clean, dry surface. Only Polure Polfix must be used for bonding; silicone-based adhesives must be strictly avoided. Mechanical fastening with screws is mandatory. Once the joints and screw heads are filled with joint filler, they are sanded smooth with 180-220 grit sandpaper, making them ready for painting.
