Crafted with a high-density rigid polymer structure of 150-200 kg/m³, this product combines the durability of wood with the aesthetic appeal of traditional plaster. Unlike conventional plaster moldings, this modern material will not crack, crumble, or add unnecessary static load to the building structure during installation. With a water and moisture absorption rate of less than 1%, it retains its original form without warping or cracking, even in damp environments like bathrooms. Its rigid composition, unlike soft and fragile EPS foam alternatives, ensures that the fine carvings on the surface remain sharp and defined for years.

Visually, the product stands out with its intricate acanthus leaf motifs and classical relief carvings. Its deep, shadow-casting curves interact beautifully with interior lighting designs to create a striking ceiling frame. The curved cross-section of the profile provides a smooth yet substantial transition from wall to ceiling, making the ceiling appear higher and more spacious. A factory-applied white primer coat prepares the surface for painting, facilitating a flawless, smooth finish.

For installation, Polure Polfix mounting adhesive is applied to a clean, dry surface. Due to the large dimensions of the product, mechanical fastening with screws is mandatory for a secure and safe installation. Once screw heads and joints are filled with suitable putty and sanded smooth, the painting process can begin. Although the factory primer enhances paint adhesion, applying an additional primer coat under the paint manufacturer's warranty guidelines is left as an optional choice for the user. The process is completed with two coats of water-based or synthetic paint.
