Selected for this project, polyurethane ceiling fixture models P81376, PA501, and PA502 feature both recessed and surface-protruding conical designs. Manufactured using high-density (180–220 kg/m³) molded polyurethane technology, these profiles offer smooth surface contours. Their thermal resistance accommodates spotlight heat loads across operating temperatures from -30°C to +80°C without deformation, ensuring long-lasting performance. Integrated into the ceiling, these modules shield direct glare to deliver uniform light distribution.
Compared to heavy plaster or drywall cassette systems, the lightweight nature of polyurethane significantly reduces structural load on the ceiling. Highly resistant to moisture with a water absorption rate under 1%, these fixture housings will not crack or yellow over time. Once installation is finished, they can be painted with at least two coats of water-based or acrylic paint to blend with the overall interior color scheme.
