Polyurethane ceiling light fixture elements are high-density architectural components that allow surface-mounted or recessed installation of lighting fixtures integrated seamlessly into ceiling surfaces. Widely used in commercial spaces and luxury residences, these profiles are preferred to add depth and volume to ceiling architecture. In the featured showroom project, circular forms integrated into the ceiling surface support homogeneous light distribution while eliminating the monotonous appearance of the ceiling.
The polyurethane ceiling light fixture profiles PA501 and PA502 used in the application feature circular designs that enable light sources to be recessed into the ceiling with an aesthetic recess. Combined with the P81376 indirect light coving profile around the perimeter, this system softens the junction lines between ceiling and walls, providing architectural continuity to the space. The flexible workability of polyurethane material allows smooth, organic transitions to be formed on the ceiling surface.
Manufactured from high-grade polyurethane material, these ceiling profiles offer superior structural retention against impacts and ceiling loads due to their high density of 150-200 kg/m³. With a surface water absorption rate below 1%, they do not suffer from swelling, cracking, or deformation even in humid environments. Furthermore, a wide operating temperature range of -20°C to +80°C ensures that the material maintains its structural integrity against localized heat generated by LED fixtures.
Polyurethane ceiling light fixture and cove lighting profiles also stand out for their lightweight composition and ease of installation. Significantly lighter than plaster-based ceiling elements, these products can be fixed rapidly without adding extra load to the building structure. Their surfaces are prepared for topcoat applications with sanding or primer paint, allowing them to be easily painted with any water-based or solvent-based paint to match the interior color palette.
Circular polyurethane light fixture recesses distributed across the ceiling surface provide a modern and fluid ceiling architecture to the space. Organically embedding the lighting elements into the ceiling prevents harsh light refraction, offering homogeneous lighting quality ideal for display areas. Indirect light profiles along the ceiling perimeter soften the wall-to-ceiling transition, making the room appear spacious. The high-density polyurethane material eliminates thermal deformation risks around light fixtures. Neutral tones applied in the store concept enhance the shade and light interplay generated by the polyurethane profiles.
