Polyurethane Spotlight Frames

Polyurethane spotlight frames are architectural decorative trims installed around recessed or surface-mounted light fixtures at ceiling junction points. Primarily used in hallways, living rooms, and commercial spaces, they highlight accent lighting while providing a clean joint detail around luminaires. Manufactured with a high density of 150-220 kg/m³ (production target ~160 kg/m³), these polyurethane frames offer high resistance against cracking and impact damage. Unlike plaster or wood alternatives, they are fully moisture-resistant, maintaining structural stability even in humid environments due to an absorption rate under 1%. With an operating temperature range of -100 °C / +80 °C, they reliably withstand the heat generated by LED and halogen spotlights. Their lightweight construction simplifies installation, and the surface is ready to be painted in any color.
