Polyurethane Ceiling Light Surrounds

A ceiling light surround is a decorative architectural element designed to frame and emphasize light fixtures on the ceiling. Commonly used in residential, hotel, and office projects, it highlights the ceiling surface around chandeliers or recessed spotlights. Manufactured from high-density polyurethane (180-200 kg/m³), these rigid surrounds offer strong resistance to impact and mechanical pressure. Being approximately 70% lighter than traditional plaster alternatives, they reduce structural load on ceilings and enable rapid mounting using screws or adhesive. With a water absorption rate under 1%, they will not swell, crack, or deform in humid environments such as bathrooms. Compatible with all water-based or synthetic paints, these products adapt to temperature shifts between -20°C and +80°C for long-lasting use.
