Continuous recessed ceiling spotlight channels are polyurethane profiles engineered to connect end-to-end, creating uninterrupted linear lighting and spot arrays across retail ceilings. Designed for large commercial sales floors, hallway lines, and in-store directional ceilings, they establish clean, continuous light bands. Manufactured from high-density polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these channels maintain minimal thermal expansion across temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C. With water absorption below 1%, ceiling joints remain stable without opening or cracking over time. Unlike traditional long timber or plaster profiles, polyurethane does not sag or warp, making transport and installation quick and straightforward. These recessed channels can be easily sanded and painted to match any ceiling color scheme, while high-pressure molding ensures precise alignment between modules.
