An office spotlight frame is a polyurethane moulding element that cleanly integrates recessed or surface-mounted lighting fixtures into ceiling surfaces. It provides a precise transition around spotlights in corporate entrances, workspaces, and break rooms. Manufactured with high-density (150-220 kg/m³) rigid polyurethane foam technology, these profiles reduce the risks of crumbling or cracking associated with traditional plaster. Featuring water absorption under 1%, they resist ambient humidity and prevent paint cracking. Tested for dimensional stability within the range -20 °C / +70 °C, the lightweight design adds no unnecessary load to ceiling structures. Compatible with all interior paints, these spotlight trims install easily using polyurethane adhesive without mechanical fasteners.
