Polyurethane Interior Ornamentation

Polyurethane interior ornamentation is the general name for decorative elements made of polyurethane and used to create relief motifs and ornamentation on interior surfaces. It covers parts such as ceiling roses, cornice corners, column capitals, rosettes and wall ornaments; they are applied on ceiling and wall surfaces as accent features. Polyurethane is lightweight and is bonded directly to the surface with mounting adhesive. It resists moisture and impact, does not crack or swell, and can be painted after priming to match the colour of the room. Compared with plaster ornamentation it is lighter and faster to install, and unlike wood it is not affected by moisture. Because it is mould-cast, the motif details repeat identically on every piece.
