Modern Facade Panel

A modern facade panel is a polyurethane exterior cladding element with a plain, linear pattern applied to building facades. It creates horizontal or vertical lines on the facade, providing surface division and a decorative finish. Polyurethane is lightweight and applied to the facade with assembly adhesive or mechanical fixing; thanks to its water-repellent structure it resists moisture, does not crack, swell or warp, and can be painted with exterior facade paint. Being far lighter than stone or concrete, it adds no load to the facade and speeds up installation. Because it is mould-cast, panel details repeat identically on every piece.
